Understanding organizational behavior has never been more important to managers than it is today. In some social interactions, people in various situations, out of devotion, interest, and in extreme cases, flatter and flatter people who are likely to gain power or potential in the future. These behaviors can be considered and analyzed in the context of organizational behavior management science. This study aims to provide an accounting management model in Iranian government organizations. Accordingly, 29 Latin and 78 Persian articles were selected that were selected by snowball method. After theoretical saturation, textual content analysis was performed and the output of the work was shown by Max QDA software. Then, the obtained data were provided to 14 experts by a questionnaire (quantitative and qualitative) and after three rounds of qualitative Delphi, 27 criteria and 196 sub-criteria were identified and the resulting pattern was obtained. Based on the results for managing accountable action in government organizations, managers should be careful about the criterion of opportunistic behavior, which was the most effective criterion and had the most interaction with other criteria. on the other hand, the criterion of selfish individualism is the most influential. The criterion of utilitarianism is the most important criterion and the sub-criterion of politics as an exchange is in the first priority among the sub-criteria.

This article examines the phenomenon of "meeting madness" among managers, recognized as a significant challenge in workplace and organizational environments. The primary aim of this research is to identify the causes and contributing factors to the emergence of this phenomenon and to propose solutions for managers to counteract it. For this study, an advanced meta-synthesis method using artificial intelligence algorithms and natural language processing has been employed. Specifically, scripts alongside the development of advanced AI algorithms such as recurrent neural networks and genetic algorithms were utilized to search for and extract data. These algorithms, particularly the machine learning models, were capable of analyzing key concepts and emerging trends in the realm of meeting madness with high precision. Utilizing these technologies has led to the creation of a centralized database that organizes data for subsequent analyses, reduces human error, and enables quicker and more accurate data analysis. Various causes of this phenomenon include issues in meeting planning and organization, defects in organizational culture and communications, psychological and emotional issues of managers and employees, among other reasons. Following this identification, the consequences of meeting madness have been detailed, and ultimately, a set of practical and applicable solutions such as improving managerial skills, reforming culture and organizational structure, enhancing effective communications, and introducing innovative methods like leadership symbiosis, meeting diplomacy, decision-making quantization in meetings, and organizational pluralism have been presented.

The question of why some of the staff leave the organization and others remain has been challenging the minds of writers and managers for years. despite of more than 60 years have passed since the researches of staff turnover , yet these models could not explain the turnover factors exactly. To cover the shortcomings of traditional turnover models, the idea of job embeddedness was introduced in 2001, which, in spite of, over 16 years since presentation of this concept, has been neglected in indoor literature. The present study seeks to explain the job embeddedness model with the grounded theory approach at the National Iranian South Oil Company. Data collection tools were semi-structured interviews. In order to collect information, a targeted sampling method was used for interviewing 27 managers and staff that were familiar with HRM.data. analysis was conducted in three stages of open , axial and selective coding , using “Atlas Ti “ software .Thus , the qualitative model of research was extracted. The result of this analysis indicates extraction of more than 280 basic codes of interviews as well as 24 concept and 15 categories presented in paradigmatic model. On the basis of this model , managers should try to pursue their own responsibilities in the community and shall have an influential element of social welfare and social culture through extensive social interaction .otherwise, day after day, there will see an outflow of staff turnover.

Today, Paying attention to Human Resource Development (HRD) is one of the essential priorities of any organization. Considering this necessity is important in improving the effectiveness of organizations. Therefore, while studying human resource development strategies, it is necessary to provide an appropriate model that guarantees the promotion of organizational effectiveness. This research aims to design a local model for public organizations, evaluates the evolution of human resources, and designs an appropriate model of human resource development to enhance the effectiveness of public organizations. In this study, a mixed-method approach (quantitative-qualitative research) was used to explain the model. In the qualitative part of the research, the fuzzy Delphi technique was used to extract factors from the experts who were selected through the targeted non-probability sampling method. In the quantitative section, 247 participants (managers, deputies, governorates, governors, and provincial governors, as well as experts in planning modernization and administrative transformation) were selected through purposeful sampling. Questionnaires were used to collect data. To measure the construct validity (convergent, diagnostic, and logical validity), the reliability of the research instrument, and evaluate the research measurement model, the confirmatory factor analysis was used through AMOS24 software. The results showed that the final model of the research consisted of three main dimensions: individual (competency development, knowledge and information sharing, commitment, and mutual trust), organizational (staff training, organizational justice, service compensation system, meritocracy, and talent management), and environmental (economic, political, and cultural-social).

Role is a behavior that is expected from people according to their position. Importance of ministers' roles isn't concealed to anyone. Ministers -at the top of politics and management- are managers of large organizations called ministries whose smallest decisions can have great effects; Therefore, lack of their role model, not only prevents them from optimal performance and puts them in a lot of ambiguities and conflicts, but also slows the progress of organizations; Therefore, this study addressed ministers and concentrated on designing a role model for them. Then, since review and concluding past studies findings is an important step in drawing up a comprehensive picture of them, the study concentrated on its meta-synthesis; So, in first step, gained 131 references about the subject, through a deep search in literature, which in a three-stage refinement reduced to 50 related references; which after refining, analyzing and summarizing their themes, resulted in 27 concepts and 7 categories as follows: public relations role, policy role, political role, executive role, parliamentary role, party and constituency representational role and international role. The findings were then validated by Delphi method; which finally party and constituency representational role and its concepts were deleted. The validation shows the last role and its concepts are not applicatory in Iran.

One of the issues that organizations are probably dealing with today is incorrect tricks due to destructive political behaviors, evil motives, selfishness, childish complexities, etc., which cause a waste of energy of the organization and employees while solving such actions. One of these tricks that cause mental harassment in the organization is mobbing. This latent organizational disease has many negative consequences for organizations. Therefore, it is very important to identify this organizational problem and the signs through which it can be identified. Unfortunately, despite the importance of this issue, mobbing characteristics have not been identified so far, and few articles have addressed this issue. Most previous research has introduced the concept, effective factors, and consequences of this organizational problem. Therefore, this study seeks to identify the components of organizational mobbing. This research is a development in terms of purpose and is a mixed-method (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of nature and methodology. In the qualitative section, after reviewing 70 related articles, a 9-member research panel was formed and with the help of literature and research background and Delphi method, in addition to identifying the components of mobbing, the conceptual model of mobbing was designed in three dimensions of interpersonal and social relations with 4 components, professional and occupational position with 6 components, and personal life (fame and reputation) with 3 components. Then, to measure this model and its components, a questionnaire was designed and evaluated in the quantitative section in the Khorasan Razavi Customs Organization.

managers and macro-organizational policymakers have made relentless efforts to form a think tank. But unfortunately, the unfavorable outcomes of think tanks have shown that it is not effective. For this reason, identifying and finding conceptual connections between barriers to the formation of the think tank can be a powerful facilitator of the formation of the think tank. Accordingly, the aim of the present study was to model the barriers to the effective formation of the think tank. Identification of barriers to the formation of the think tank was conducted through semi-structured interviews with qualitative content analysis based on the theory of theoretical saturation with 16 professors of public administration and policy-making. The validity and reliability of the interviews were confirmed by the relative content validity method and the Cope Cohen index, respectively. Coding of interviews using Atlas ti software led to the identification of 12 major barriers to the formation of the think tank. In order to model the identified barriers, the opinions of 28 senior managers of government organizations in Lorestan province were used using a targeted sampling method and using a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed by using content validity and post-test method, respectively. Modeling the barriers identified by the interpretive structural method led to the formation of six levels, the weakest of experience, the lack of theoretical knowledge and undesirable feedback, the most influential, and the limited cultural conflict and limited collectivism.

Abstract In age where one of the pillars of sustainable competitive advantage of organizations is having committed, professional and motivated employees, maintaining and increasing employee’s engagement is one of the most important concerns of organizations. The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept of work engagement according to the existing theoretical concepts and to recognize its features, precedents, and consequences. Methodologically, Rogers’ evolutionary concept analysis approach has been used in this research. This approach, like other methods of concept analysis, seeks to clarify and analyze the intended concept. Nonlinear, rotational and flexible method were used to collect and analyze data based on inductive approach. In this research, the analysis is thematic and analogous to content analysis. For this purpose, the word "engagement" was searched in existing and valid databases. The findings of the study showed that work engagement is a complex process with the features of vigor, dedication, absorption, and cognitive, emotional, and physical dimensions. Its precedents include "job and personal resources", "social support for co-workers, coaching", "sense of worth, participation", and "meaningfulness, safety". Its consequences include "improved productivity", "performance, creativity, turnover", and "low level of willingness to leave the service and organizational citizenship behavior". As a result, having engaged employees is one of the most important challenges for managers and organizations that seek to improve organizational performance indicators.

One of the most important processes which has not been seriously taken into account in human resources management is the career path management. With regards to the present era, known as the knowledge economy era, knowledge and knowledge workers are of great significance. Hence, the issue being studied in the present study is the determination of importance of criteria affecting the career path of knowledge workers in both research and managerial groups; therefore, this study aims mainly at the prioritization of factors affecting the career path of knowledge workers of the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry. To prioritize the factors affecting the career path in this research, the fuzzy network analysis model with the nonlinear planning approach. Compared to the other prioritization methods, using this technique is because of assumptions that are more consistent with the real conditions of decision-making. Six factors were identified as the factors affecting the career path management of knowledge workers in this research. The present study aims to typology the organizational behavior of dissatisfied employees of cultural organizations based on the belief and behavior dimensions. This study is applied in terms of purpose and is the mixed-mode in terms of data collection, and is phenomenological hermeneutics and open coding technique in terms of analysis strategy. Quantitative random sampling was used to select samples and researcher-made believer questionnaires, Minnesota Satisfaction Survey (2000), and Ashford and Black Dynamic Behavior (1996) were applied as research instruments. In the qualitative phase, the samples were purposefully selected and a semi-open interview based on the neo positivist approach was used. The validity of the quantitative instrument was confirmed using the capability of validity, transmission, reliance, validation, and reliability of simultaneous delivery, and observation. Statistical calculations also showed that the qualitative instrument has good validity and reliability. Therefore, at first, quantitative tools were provided to 291 samples, of which 275 were completed. Preliminary studies showed that 130 samples have the inclusion criteria who, then, were classified into "believer active", "believer passive", "unbeliever active", and "unbeliever passive" groups. The result of an interview with 36 samples showed that unsatisfied employees despite having a constructive voice of altruistic, due to the perception of organizational hypocrisy and pretense and violation of the psychological contract, While waiting for the Savior to appear, suffer from a lack of self-esteem, personality assassination, and job content desolation, and despite their ability to lead public opinion, they have deliberately isolated and defended itself due to the decline of the organization's legitimacy and without feeling guilty, secretly destroy the organization and hypocritical and show anti-production behaviors.
