چکیده

مدیریت فرهنگی در سالیان اخیر از جمله مقولات جذاب و پرمخاطب از سوی پژوهشگران سازمانی محسوب شده است. به دیگر سخن سرمایه‌های فرهنگی، متضمن توسعه روابط پایدار و سازنده میان کشور‌ها، ملت‌ها و سازمان‌ها است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اولویت‌های توسعه روابط برون‌سازمانی مبتنی بر تحلیل خوشه‌های فرهنگی است. به این منظور از ابزار‌های خوشه‌بندی سلسله‌مراتبی و فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی بهره‌گیری‌شده است. داده‌های پژوهش از دو منبع نظرسنجی با فرایند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی از اساتید دانشکده مدیریت دانشگاه تهران و داده‌های ثانویه مرتبط با ابعاد ارزشی در مطالعات گلوب گردآوری‌شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان از این امر دارد که ارزش‌های فرهنگی فاصله قدرت، عملکرد‌گرایی و جمع‌گرایی گروهی (خانوادگی)، واجد بالاترین میزان اهمیت در تعیین خوشه‌ها است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از خوشه‌بندی برخلاف نتایج مطالعات پیشین، مؤید همگرایی فرهنگی میان کشور‌های ایران، ترکیه، مراکش است. هرچند از دیرباز ارزش‌‌های فرهنگی عاملی در تقویت و توسعه روابط میان دولت‌ها، ملت‌ها و سازمان‌ها انگاشته شده‌اند؛ در توسعه روابط خارجی بایسته است به دیگر مؤلفه‌های نقش‌آفرین در توسعه سیاست خارجی ازجمله مؤلفه‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی، فناوری، ... نیز توجه شود.

Prioritizing extra-organizational relationship development based on cultural values using clustering analysis and hierarchy analysis process

چکیده [English]

In recent years, cultural management has been considered as an appealing topic by organizational researchers. In other words, cultural capital involves development of constructive and permanent relationship among countries, nations and businesses. Present research aims to determine priorities of extra-organizational development based on cultural cluster analysis. For this purpose, hierarchy analysis process and hierarchy clustering tools have been utilized. Research data has been gathered through polling from professors of Tehran university management faculty with hierarchical analysis process and also secondary data related to value dimensions is prepared from club studies. Results indicated that cultural values of power distance, performalism and group (family) collectivism have the highest importance in cluster determination. In addition, on the contrary of results of former studies, clustering results was confirmatory to cultural convergence among Iran, Turkey and Morocco. Although, from a long time ago, cultural values are supposed to be factors in fortifying and developing relationships between governments, nations and businesses, In international relations other impressive factors should be considered such as political factors, economical factors, technology factors and …
