چکیده

یکی از رویکردهایی که به تازگی وارد حوزه مدیریت و رهبری شده و می‌تواند در برابر پیچیدگی‌های محیطی به حل مسائل بپردازد، بحث رهبری حکمت محور است. از آنجا که مباحث مطرح در این حوزه به صورت جسته و گریخته به برخی از جنبه‌های رهبری حکمت‌محور پرداخته‌اند و مدل‌ها و تئوری‌های جامعی در این زمینه دیده نشده است، هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مولفه‌های رهبری حکمت‌محور بر اساس پژوهش‌های انجام شده در این زمینه است که بر اساس روش فراترکیب انجام شده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می دهد که رهبری حکمت‌‌محور در 5 بعد سازمانی با مولفه های بینش و بصیرت، تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر شهود و عقل، آینده انگاری، دانش افزایی، رهبری خدمتگزار، یادگیرندگی سازمانی، اقدام موثر و به جا ؛ بعد انسانی با مولفه‌های توانمندسازی کارکنان، انگیزش الهام بخش، ملاحظات فردی، سرمایه اجتماعی؛ بعد سیاسی با همگرایی و پیوستگی سازمانی، شرایط محیطی؛ بعد فرهنگی با مولفه های درک فرهنک و ارزش های فرهنگی، انتقال فرهنگی و بعد اخلاقی با حکمیت فضای اخلاقی و ویژگی های شخصیتی رهبر طبقه بندی شد.

چکیده [English]

The subject of wisdom-oriented leadership is one of the approaches which are recently entered the field of management and leadership and can solve the problems against environmental complexities. Since the topics posed in this field have been desultory worked on some aspects of wisdom-oriented leadership and not very comprehensive models and theories have been observed in this field, the purpose of the present research is to recognize the elements of wisdom-oriented leadership based on researches conducted in this field and it has been conducted according to meta-synthesis method. The findings of this research show that wisdom-oriented leadership was divided into 5 dimensions namely organizational dimensions with elements of intuition and insight, decision-making based on intuition and reason, foresight, knowledge increasing, servant leadership, organizational learning, effective and right action; humanistic dimension with elements of employers’ enablement, inspirational motivation, individual considerations, social asset; political dimension with organizational continuity and convergence, and environmental conditions; cultural dimension with elements of perceiving culture and cultural values, cultural transmit, and ethical dimension with arbitration of ethical space and personality specifications of leader.
