The main goal of this research was to identify the factors affecting the lack of transparency in Tabriz government organizations.This research is fundamental in terms of its nature and its methodology is mixed with a sequential-exploratory approach and it has been done in two parts, qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data were collected using interviews with 15 experts who were selected in a purposeful way and were analyzed using the database method and using three stages of open, central and selective coding. Quantitative data were collected by questionnaire and tested using confirmatory factor analysis method and finally the factors affecting the lack of transparency were identified. In the qualitative part of the research, 133 sub-categories were categorized in the form of 51 sub-categories and 6 main categories. The relationships of all research components were confirmed during the structural equation test. The lack of comprehensiveness of the previous research results in the early stages led to the presentation of the initial model based on the researchers' inferences. The reluctance to whistle-blowing among employees and the existence of economic and social crises were chosen as the central categories of the research due to frequent repetition in the process of interviews. the dimensions, the anti-transparency government category had the highest effect on the lack of transparency with a statistic equal to 6.42 and an effect size of 0.88. Identifying the dimensions and components affecting the lack of transparency and providing strategies to prevent the lack of transparency and the consequences of the lack of transparency after the test in the environment of government organizations in a new way is the innovation of the article.

This study aimed to investigate and monitor the mediating role of career path development in the relationship between the reduction of perceived organizational justice and the glass ceiling. The research was descriptive-causal in terms of nature, applied in terms of purpose, and fundamental in terms of type. The data were collected by using questionnaires. The statistical population was all female education employees of Hashtgerd city, among whom 316 were selected through a random sampling method according to Gorjesi and Morgan tables. The confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the data and used path analysis of structural equations were applied to examine path coefficients with the help of Amos Graphics software estimates. According to the results of the path analysis, the overall effects of decreasing perceived interactive and procedural justice, career path development, and decreasing perceived distributive justice on the glass ceiling were significant, and they could explain only 20% of the changes in the dependent variable. By comparing the beta coefficients, it can be said that the glass ceiling is affected more than anything else by the reduction of perceived interactive and procedural justice.

Holographic organization design according to the five elements of capacity building dynamic, holistic environment, efficient human capital, Increasing self-management and smart structure is intended to crystallize the quality of the learning abilities in all components so that the self-regulation system and the ability to re-continuously be used.In this paper the main causes of holographic depth theoretical principles derived and then using the Delphi technique and scoring twenty-three factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis identified five new components and were named. These components could cover 87% of the factors affecting the holographic design. However, due to the combination (quantity and quality) of research methodology, statistical population of teachers and administrators of Payam Noor University were selected. This study of exploratory nature, the fundamental objective is applied and descriptive survey method to verify the validity of the experts and a comprehensive table of explained variance was used. Cronbach alpha reliability of the instrument to "0.964" was approved. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The findings show that Payam Noor Universityexcept dynamic capacity building in other components compatible with the organization's Holographic and in this case it is recommended that Android owners mechanisms such as double-loop learning, develop work teams, systems thinking and dynamic synergies for increased capacity-building component in Payam Noor University use.
