This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of patriarchy on organizational trauma with the mediating role of ambition of female managers in government organizations of Ilam province. Methodology In terms of the purpose, the research method is a part of applied research, and in terms of implementation and the method of data collection, it is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population includes all the female managers of government organizations in Ilam province in 1402, numbering 127 people, based on Morgan's table, 95 people were selected for this study by simple random sampling method. The data collection tool in this research was Cheng et al.'s patriarchy questionnaire (2000), Steinkamp's organizational trauma questionnaire (2014) and Zohragin Schmidt's leadership questionnaire (2008). The validity and reliability of these questionnaires were confirmed through face validity and Cronbach's alpha. Findings The results of this research showed that the relationship between organizational ambition and organizational trauma (-0.639) is negative and significant, the relationship between organizational patriarchy and organizational trauma (0.351) is positive and significant, and the relationship between organizational patriarchy and organizational ambition (976) -0/) was negative and significant. Also, the research results showed that the relationship between organizational patriarchy and organizational trauma with the mediating role of organizational ambition (0.624) was positive and significant. The results of this research showed that patriarchal management causes organizational problems, and in this regard, organizational ambition can act as an effective factor in improving performance and reducing trauma in organizations. Therefore, it is suggested that managers act by creating motivation, healthy competition and promoting a positive work environment in order to achieve growth and progress in the organization and prevent organizational trauma.

Hospitals are one of the organizations susceptible to organizational trauma due to their special nature of the activities. In traumized organizations, the atmosphere of disappointment and depression is dominant. Employees and managers lose their job motivation and the organization's concentration on meeting customers' needs will lessen. If organizational trauma doesn't lessen, the organization will lead to death and nullity. The aim of present research is to identify effective factors on creation of organizational trauma in viewpoint of business elements and presenting necessary solutions to decrease this damaging phenomenon. It is a descriptive survey research in which 5 hypotheses were examined through 63 questions in a questionnaire. To analyze data, SPSS software (version 22) and PLS software package (version 3) have been used. The obtained results indicated that in Khatamolanbia Hospital, the most important factors in creating organizational trauma are environmental and goal in a row.

Present paper is dealing with studying environmental dimensions of Trauma director organization. For this, the designed questionnaire by Delphi method was distributed among over 111 ones of participated experts at specialized panel, at first. After analyzing the results by Lisrel software, the required factors and index were selected for the second round and at the second raound, factors of cultural environment, legal-political environment, social environment, technology environment, economical environment, physical environment, ethics and social responsibility were confirmed at the first Delphi round. Ranking the indices of each of them, all confirmed factors were got to the Delphi second round. At that round, the serious important indices of each factor were chosen and finally, at the third Delphi round, that was concentrated on ranking the effective factors on trauma director organization, it was distinguished that social responsibility and also ethics are the important factors of the organization in a raw. In addition, using path analysis software, the relationship between variables and direct and indirect impact of them were examined and the results showed that environmental dimensions' factor have direct impact (55%) on trauma director organization in public sector while this variable has indirect impact and more than direct impact (/11) on the mentioned organization.
