Governance in the concept of the method and process of governance and policy-making is considered a new concept in the literature of political science and public administration, and with multiple dimensions and coordinates, it seeks to improve the quality and efficiency of governments and provide the interests of society. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the coordinates of governance in the book Marzban Nameh and present its teachings for today's world. The research is in the framework of interpretive paradigm and qualitative study and thematic analysis strategy has been used to extract governance coordinates. The statistical population of the current research was carried out using the documents analysis approach, which from the first chapter of Marzban Nameh contains texts, parables and anecdotes narrated between Malekzadeh (Marzban) and Dastur (Minister), considering that all the texts, parables and anecdotes of the first chapter were studied. Therefore, the sampling is of the Random sampling, and the time domain of the research is the first half of 1403, and the main and secondary components of the pattern were extracted using thematic analysis method. Based on the findings of the research, the components related to governance in Marzbanname included 96 primary concepts, 44 sub-categories and 7 main categorie components. The seven components are: moral and religious, personality-individual, behavioral, structural, political, social and economic component. In total of 44 sub-components were identified for the seven main components. Based on this, the components of governance were formed in Marzbannameh and a theoretical model extracted from Marzbannameh was presented. As a result suggestions were made for the managers of public organizations

Considering the importance and vital role of governance as a mechanism for the development of countries, the current research aimed to extract and introduce the features and characteristics of governance based on Mohammad Ali Foroughi's political opinions and thoughts as a historical doctrine. In this research, the interpretive paradigm and inductive approach were used. This research was exploratory and based on a qualitative method. The desired strategy for data collection was content analysis, and the data collection tool was the copying of documents, in which the book, letters, and manuscripts of Mohammad Ali Foroughi were analyzed as a statistical sample. The findings showed that the indicators of governance coordinates of Mohammad Ali Foroughi's opinions are numerous and diverse. These indicators were defined as the special achievement of the research on governance coordinates in the components of perceived integrity and integration of the ruler, democracy, citizen-centered, national maturity, learner, meritocracy, international policy maturity, and structural transparency, and were classified in the form of seven main categories, including meritocracy, national maturity, maturity of international politics, democracy, learning, structural transparency, and the perceived integrity of the ruler. These categories were introduced as governance features in Foroughi's political thoughts and opinions. These features can be extracted as a historical lesson and used for policy-making at different government and organizational levels. Based on these features, for using Foroughi's opinions and thoughts to optimize governance, policy making, and decision-making, suggestions were presented to the government and organization.

In today's world, educational systems are facing complex challenges that require efficient and innovative management structures. Sustainable organizational governance with the approach of organizational excellence in the country's higher education management system, as a key strategy, seeks to create and maintain structures that are able to respond to changing needs and new challenges. Therefore, the goal is to design a sustainable organizational governance model with an organizational excellence approach in the country's higher education management system.The current research was conducted with a qualitative approach and in terms of purpose, it is among applied researches and using thematic analysis method. The statistical population included professors and senior managers, as well as interviewees including 15 people who were selected by purposive sampling until reaching the theoretical saturation level. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews. To ensure validity and reliability, the findings were approved by the interviewees. In order to analyze the data, the method of Brown and Clark was carried out with MaxQuda qualitative data analysis software.The findings of the interview analysis included 14 basic themes, 6 organizing themes and 1 overarching theme.The results showed that it includes the governance structure, collective empowerment, policy making and national supervision, competitive scientific development, anti-corruption measures, excellence of the educational system.

Nowadays, good governance is used on a wide scale from the local to the international level. Meanwhile, the local level is of particular importance. Considering the characteristics, such as the principle of decentralization, democratic structure, local and non-governmental planning, decision-making, increasing the role of non-governmental organizations and civil society, paying attention to the common interests of the people, distributing opportunities, and establishing social and geographical justice, increase the efficiency of the local government which can be considered a good and efficient example of good governance due to its special nature and functions. In this perception, decentralization (one of the pillars of the national government) is the most important and main goal of the local government in achieving good governance. The lack of good governance in the country, especially in rural areas, can be the source of many social problems in society. In the present study, an attempt has been made to investigate and evaluate the reasons for the failure of local governance in Iran in the rural areas of Zanjan Province. Descriptive-analytical method, field research, and survey method were used. The statistical population of the research consists of rural areas of the province. The sampling method is random and the sample size is 200 villages and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. Its validity was assessed by governors and district governors and its reliability was 0.84 using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between the limitations of rural areas and their failure. This relationship was confirmed by the intensity of the effect of 0.667.

Governance can be considered a way of exercising power in the management of the social and economic resources of a country. A review of past research in the field of governance has determined that, each research, in terms of the type of approach, emphasis and goals pursued, has been characterized by a number of specific characteristics and has not been able to cover a set of governance features. In the research, efforts have been made to address this gap and identify the effectiveness and efficiency indicators of the higher education governance system with regard to political, economic and administrative contexts and provide a model for the governance of higher education in the country. This research can be considered as qualitative research. The statistical population of the study consisted of two groups of academic directors and professors interviewed by semi-structured interviews. In this research, the aim of the study was to provide a model of governance in higher education, so some quality analysis methods, such as theme analysis, have been used to analyze the interviews. The findings of the research indicated that the final model of higher education governance was composed of nine factors: Political social Transparency, economic Transparency, administrative Transparency, social political Responsiveness, economic Responsiveness, administrative Responsiveness, Political social Partnership, economic Partnership and administrative Partnership.
