The data collection instrument in this study were standard questionnaires of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and Organizational Performance of Hershey and Goldsmiths. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the collected data. At the inferential level, to test the research hypotheses, Pearson's r test and linear regression test were used via SPSS software after determining the distribution of the data related to the research variables through Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The results confirmed the main and sub-hypotheses of the research at 95% confidence level based on statistical tests. In other words, it was found that there is a positive significant relationship between all components of organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance of teachers and staff of Payame Noor University of East Azarbaijan.

Due to structural problems and organizational unidirectional and organizations, has resulted in the neglect of their content and according to management soft issues (including citizen-oriented organization), in order to polish the wheels move the car of organization. In this study, after examining the concept of organizational citizen-oriented and factors affecting it (using the Delphi technique), we will pay to organizational citizen-oriented conceptual modeling in the Central Iron Ore Company of Iran - Bafq (using structural equation method). This research, is applied, exploratory, descriptive - survey research with integrative approach of qualitative and quantitative research methods. To determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire in this study, the methods of the content validity, factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha was used. The findings suggest positive, strong, direct and indirect relationships among the factors and personality traits, behavioral and contextual dimensions and negative relationships, strong, direct and indirect between structural factors and organizational citizen-oriented.

There are diffrent viewpoints among scholars on the consequences of workaholism. Some scholars evaluate it as a negative phenomenon and some as a positive phenomenon. Positive consequences of workaholism have been investigated in numerous studies along with its negative consequences. This paper not only tries to explain this phenomenon and its various dimensions, but also ties to study one of its positive consequences as organizational citizenship behavior. The data were collected by questionnaires and among 340 members of the medical staff of martyr Beheshti Hospital. In order to examine the hypothesis, first of all, Spearman rank correlation test was used to assess correlation. Then, the causal relationship between the variables was examined through structural equation modeling. Findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between workaholism and organizational citizenship behavior and its four dimensions. Moreover, results show that workaholism has positive outcomes such as creation of organizational citizenship behaviors in addition to the negative consequences. This makes a complicated challenge for managers in dealing with this comprehensive phenomenon.
