The evaluation of university professors as one of the main pillars in this area is important. Implementation of a proper evaluation requires the selection of appropriate criteria such as choosing the correct criteria thus makes a valid evaluation. In this study is to identify and rank the seven criteria of teacher evaluation is discussed from the perspective of students.The students of the Faculty of Management and Accounting of Allameh Tabatabai University and questionnaires were used to collect data. Analysis of the data showed that measures student knowledge and scientific capability, responsibility, ability to communicate with students, being supportive of the students, the ability to create interest and motivation, teaching skills and standards of behavior are appropriate justice. Test ratings also showed that among the criteria for support measures with regard to students with the knowledge and scientific capability professor highest priority, and the criteria of justice in behavior have the lowest priority. ارزشیابی، فرایندی فراگیر و ضروری برای تمامی سازمان هاست و برای مؤسسات آموزش عالی، که عدالت و تعالی را هدف خود قرار داده اند، ضرورتی بیشتر دارد. در این میان ارزشیابی اساتید دانشگاه ها به عنوان یکی از اصلی ترین ارکان در این زمینه اهمیت ویژه ای دارد. اجرای یک ارزشیابی درست مستلزم انتخاب معیارهای مناسب است چون انتخاب معیارهای صحیح نتیجه ارزشیابی را معتبر می سازد. در این پژوهش به شناسایی و رتبه بندی هفت معیار ارزشیابی اساتید از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماری دانشجویان دانشکده مدیریت و حسابداری دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی بوده اند و برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. تحلیل داده های گردآوری شده نشان داد از نظر دانشجویان معیارهای دانش و توانمندی علمی، مسئولیت پذیری، توانایی برقراری ارتباط با دانشجویان، حامی بودن نسبت به دانشجویان، قابلیت ایجاد علاقه و انگیزه، مهارتهای تدریس و عدالت در رفتار معیارهای مناسب می باشند. همچنین آزمون رتبه بندی نشان داد که در بین معیارهای مذکور معیارهای حامی بودن نسبت به دانشجویان به همراه دانش و توانمندی علمی استاد بالاترین اولویت، و معیار عدالت در رفتار پایین ترین اولویت را دارا می باشند.
