The research method is descriptive survey and as a functional purpose. The study population consisted of 120 employees working in the Statistics and Information Technology, and staff working in areas related to information technology of Tabriz municipality in 2016. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire. The results of the investigation show that infrastructure of strategic management, manpower training, services and applications has not yet been provided for the establishment of E- municipality in Tabriz municipality. But technical infrastructure (networking and communications), hardware support, software and application systems, and information security is provided for the establishment of commerce in Tabriz municipality.</span> <span>The present study aims to investigate the infrastructure of E-municipality in the metropolis Tabriz.
