In this case, 279 doctoral theses defended between 2011 and 1396 were reviewed and reviewed at 6 public universities in the country and with online access. The research methodology is qualitative in terms of its purpose and descriptive method. The research methodology of the group consists of 24 leading faculty members in the major universities of the country with associate professors and professors. The results of the reviewed articles were evaluated based on criteria such as the subject of research, method and tool of data collection, data analysis method, in this paper. The results show that most of the researches in the 26% of the studies are of a structural type, 34% of the type of behavior, 12% of the environmental type, 24% of the combination type and 4% of the form of three branches. In the researches, 86% of the titles used a qualitative and qualitative method for collecting data and a 1% questionnaire was used only qualitatively and the remainder was used only for quantitative methods. The result is a deep divide between the results of the doctoral dissertation and the lack of a doctrine and the theory of research.</span> هدف این پژوهش ارائه یک دید کامل از وضعیت و ابعاد مختلف مدیریت دولتی در ایران و کمک به هدایت پژوهش‌های آتی در رابطه با پرکردن شکاف تحقیق‌های قبلی در این حوزه است. در این مورد، تعداد 279 رساله دکتری دفاع شده بین سال‌های 1390 تا ۱۳۹۶ در 6 دانشگاه دولتی داخل کشور و دارای دسترسی برخط، مرور و بررسی شده است. روش‌شناسی تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی از نوع کیفی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی است. روش تحقیق گروه کانون شامل 24 نفر از استادان برتر دانشگاه‌های بزرگ کشور با مرتبة دانشیار و استاد تمام است. نتایج به‌دست آمده از مقاله‌های مورد بررسی قرار گرفته، براساس معیارهایی از قبیل موضوع پژوهش، روش و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، روش تحلیل داده‌ها، در این مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که 26 درصد پژوهش‌ها از نوع ساختاری، 34 درصد از نوع رفتاری، 12 درصد از نوع محیطی، 24 درصد از نوع ترکیبی و 4 درصد در قالب مد سه‌شاخگی نمی‌گنجد. همچنین در پژوهش‌های بررسی شده، 86 درصد عناوین به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش ترکیبی کیفی و پرسشنامه‌ای استفاده شده و 1 درصد صرفاً روش کیفی و مابقی صرفاً روش کمی بوده است. لذا، شکاف عمیق بین نتایج به‌دست آمده رساله‌های دکتری و فقدان یک دکترین و نظریه حاصل از پژوهش دلالت دارد. https://ipom.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_5537_9a76df2759c11c4c572309f5c4623b6e.pdf
