This journal adheres to established standards of ethical behavior for all parties involved in the publication process: authors, editors, peer reviewers, and the publisher. The following ethical guidelines are based on the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

Editorial Responsibilities

Publication Decision
Editors are responsible for deciding which of the submitted manuscripts should be published. Decisions are based on the manuscript’s academic merit, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Fair Play
Manuscripts are evaluated solely on their intellectual content, without regard to the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy.

Confidentiality
Editors and editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, or other editorial advisors.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Editors must not use unpublished information disclosed in a submitted manuscript for their own research purposes without the author’s explicit written consent.

Involvement and Cooperation in Investigations
Editors should take responsive measures when ethical complaints are presented concerning a submitted or published paper, in conjunction with the publisher and/or society.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Contribution to Editorial Decision
Peer review assists the editor in making editorial decisions and may also help authors improve their manuscript through constructive feedback.

Promptness
Reviewers should notify the editor if they are unable to review a manuscript within the stipulated time frame.

Confidentiality
Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents and should not be shared or discussed with others except as authorized by the editor.

Standards of Objectivity
Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Referees should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.

Acknowledgment of Sources
Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors and report any substantial similarity or overlap with other published sources.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Reviewers must not consider manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the paper.

Author Responsibilities

Reporting Standards
Authors should present an accurate account of their work and provide an objective discussion of its significance. The manuscript should contain sufficient detail and references to allow others to replicate the study.

Data Access and Retention
Authors may be asked to provide the raw data related to their manuscript for editorial review and should be prepared to retain such data for a reasonable period after publication.

Originality and Plagiarism
Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original. If they have used the work or words of others, proper acknowledgment must be given through citation or quotation.

Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication
Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently is unethical and unacceptable. Authors should not publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication.

Acknowledgment of Sources
Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have influenced their reported work.

Authorship of the Paper
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study. All significant contributors should be listed as co-authors. The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final manuscript and agreed to its submission.

Hazards and Human or Animal Subjects
If the research involves hazardous materials, procedures, or equipment, or the use of human or animal subjects, authors must clearly identify this and ensure compliance with relevant ethical standards.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial or other substantive conflicts of interest that may influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support must be acknowledged.

Fundamental Errors in Published Work
If an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, they must promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate in correcting or retracting the article.

Publisher Responsibilities

The publisher is committed to ensuring that advertising, reprint, or commercial considerations do not affect editorial decisions. We support editors in their duties and, where necessary, facilitate communication with other journals and publishers. The publisher also works collaboratively with other organizations and industry associations to uphold standards for ethical publishing practices, address errors, and manage retractions. Legal advice and support will be provided when ethical concerns or disputes arise.
