The purpose of this research was to study the lived experience of financial managers of universities regarding the profession of financial management, and it was conducted using a qualitative method and a phenomenological approach. Accordingly, the Colaiy method was used as the basis and model of research implementation. The statistical population was financial managers of Islamic Azad University in the East Azerbaijan province, and purposeful sampling was used. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview with 12 financial managers, emphasizing theoretical saturation. After analyzing the interviews, the four main themes of responsibilities and duties including planning and decision-making, monitoring and report writing, analysis and forecasting, in the field of expertise and skills including knowledge and academic education, problem-solving skills, technology and software skills, math and statistics skills, communication skills, analytical skills, organizational skills, in the field of job satisfaction including income and benefits, nature of the job and work environment and in the field of personality traits including accuracy, thoughtful and logical, independent and decisive, and conscientiousness were identified and defined and finally, practical suggestions were presented.

Today, spiritual leadership is considered as an important factor in reducing organizational paranoia. Organizational commitment can be used as a tool to help leadership in this regard. Therefore, as the organizational commitment of the staff is strengthened, the amount of organizational paranoia will decrease as much. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of spiritual leadership on organizational paranoid with emphasis on the mediating role of organizational commitment in the social security organization of the East Azarbaijan Province. The research type is applied and the statistical population of this research includes all managers and staff of Social Security Organization of East Azarbaijan province. The sample size of the study has been obtained 267 people by using the Sample Size Determination in Limited Communities formula. A questionnaire has been used to collect the required data, which after confirming its validity and reliability, was distributed among the statistical population. Descriptive and inferential statistics and partial least squares approach were used to analyze the data. Results show that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational paranoid regarding the mediating role of organizational commitment. Spiritual leadership has a negative and indirect effect on organizational paranoid. Organizational commitment has a negative and indirect role on organizational paranoid, and spiritual leadership has a positive and significant role on organizational commitment.

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of culture in promoting critical thinking to analyze the relationship between these variables could be the right model to promote critical thinking faculty members presented. The method used in this study is a combination of qualitative as well as quantitative method is used, the type of descriptive data and data gathered by Delphi / survey respectively. The current population of 320 people comprised of experts in universities and faculty members North West province, took place. Based on the results using theoretical foundations of research and expert opinions, organizational culture to promote critical thinking 9, 42 components and 75 items is formed. The results show that the planning culture in the promotion of critical thinking is the opposite effect, The results also show that scientific culture is the dominant culture but the culture within the organization, the current situation has an adverse effect on the promotion of critical thinking The result of the above, taking into account the fact that the critical thinking faculty is lower than the state average, is a match.
