Health is as one of the important requirements of equity and development in all societies. One of the important goals of public health policies in Iran that everyone can access health services fairly, but most of the time this goal is achieved very weak when it will be implemented. Therefore, it is necessary to design a suitable model for the implementation of public health policies. the research method is mixed, first method is qualitative and data-based theory strategy. To gather the required data, the researcher conducted semi-structured interviews with 15 policy specialists and health experts. The interviews were analyzed through coding to according to Strauss and Corbin’s paradigm model. The results of data analysis finally research theoretical saturation as it consisted of 6 main categories and 24 subcategories and 120 concepts and to create a model that identifies the causal, context and intervention and their impact on the central phenomenon that same the implementation of public health policies based on equity.then this model was surveyed by 15 health experts using fuzzy Delphi method with questionnaire. Then removing, modifying and adding a number of indicators, finally 58 concepts, 26 sub-categories and 6 main categories were confirmed. Model of research was accredited by questionnaire was designed based on the qualitative findings of the previous stage, a sample size of 384 health sector experts was surveyed based on Cochran's formula, then the data were collected using structural equation modeling by Smart PLS software. All of indicators, sub-categories, main categories of the model are desired range, which shows there are significant relationships between the model of variables.

Despite the introduction of value co-creation models, its various dimensions and components in universities are still unclear. The purpose of this article is to identify the factors, components and consequences of value co-creatin of university emphasizing the fourth and fifth generation universities and, consequently, to present a conceptual model based on it. In order to conduct this research, in addition to in-depth study using the meta-synthesis method to identify factors, components and consequences of value co-creation, fuzzy Delphi technique has been used to refine the factors and components. The survey was conducted in four stages and the results of each stage were refined using the formulas of the fuzzy Delphi method. Finally, the model of value co-creation of university with emphasis on value-creating and civilization-building universities with 16 factors, 23 components and 13 outcomes, each designed in three categories, has been presented as a proposed model for value co-creation of university. In this way, universities can analyze the current situation and optimally extract successful experiences, and present plans and measures to improve.

According to the importance and significant role of teamwork in knowledge-based organizations, this study aims to discover and investigate teamwork barriers in Iranian knowledge-based organizations using the 3C model. This study is an applied research in terms of purpose and its method is a survey descriptive type in viewpoint of data gathering. The statistical universe includes university professors, experts and managers of Iranian knowledge-based organizations. 24 members of the above population were chosen as the research sample universe based on snow-ball sampling method. In present research, first of all, 130 teamwork barriers were taken into identification, primary codes were analyzed and revised many times and 22 indices were identified, then, Fuzzy Delphi technique was used in order to examine the results. Finally, 14 factors were identified as the teamwork barriers in Iranian knowledge-based organizations and classified in three groups of content, co-structural and context.
