Individual health and organizational productivity depend on ensuring the mental security of the organization's employees. Therefore, identifying the factors threatening mental security in workplaces and providing a solution for its sustainable provision is an essential and important issue for organizations, which is considered as the objective of the present study. In the present study, which has an applied objective, the qualitative content analysis method was used. In the first stage, in order to identify the factors threatening the mental security of employees, open interviews were conducted with 30 randomly selected individuals working in governmental and non-governmental organizations. In the next stage, the identified factors were reviewed and then classified and organized. Finally, each of the organizing topics was examined and studied from the perspective of Islamic teachings in order to identify solutions for controlling mental security threats based on religious teachings. The research findings identified five main categories: "unprofessional management behaviors, communication and behavioral risks with colleagues, the nature of the job and work duties, internal and personal issues, and concerns about securing a livelihood" as the main threats to the psychological security of employees in the organization. The research results stated that in order to control the factors threatening the psychological security of employees in organizations, a model developed within the framework of Islamic teachings can be used to sustainably ensure the psychological security of employees based on the development of spirituality and ethics in organizational environments.
