Abstract

In today's rapidly changing world what can be vital and growing progressive government agencies and government to ensure the existence of a strong and efficient management system. To have effective and efficient management system, managers should also be efficient and appropriate training. Leaders also need to foster a comprehensive framework to select and develop appropriate and effective managers to achieve objectives and strategies. However, due to the positive effects of labor productivity in the public sector management, attention to factors affecting the productivity of human resources to improve the efficiency of managers and professionals as the most influential persons in public organizations is inevitable. In this regard, this study pave the way for professional emphasis on productivity and provides managers and professional discusses about the difficulties that are encountered in the management of public organizations. The article is an overview of seven key factors affecting the productivity of professional and how draws them together. In the end, the goal is improvement of professional orientation and motivation to support the organization's mission.
