Abstract
The purpose of this article is to identify and classify the pattern of antecedents affecting employees' helping behavior in the form of a structural-interpretive model. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection, and the phenomenological method has been used to identify factors and ISM in classifying its factors. The present research has a qualitative approach and is based on the opinions of experts, and the opinions of 21 experts in the field of organizational behavior at Payam Noor University of Tehran have been used. The final and main result of the research includes an integrated model of the pattern of antecedents affecting employees' helping behavior in a hierarchy with one-way or two-way relationships. This integrated model has been obtained from examining and analyzing the relationships and classifying the antecedents affecting employees' helping behavior; and it helps managers and decision-makers in the field of human resources and organizational behavior in the country to have a comprehensive view and attitude of the complex relationships between employees and their behaviors at the national level. The results of this model show that the drivers of decision-making styles are the basic and fundamental factors, and managerial factors, organizational policies, support from colleagues, quality of the work environment, psychological participation, stressful situations, communication styles, and current responsibility at the second level, and social dynamics factors, organizational support and leadership, training and development, cultural orientation, leadership, and organizational culture at the third level, and religious and personal factors at the fourth level, and the spiritual factor at the fifth level, which is employee-helping behavior.
