The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by convergent and divergent validity and its reliability confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. To test the hypothesis, Structural Equations Modeling and Partial Least Squares approaches by WARP PLS software was used. The results of this study showed that organizational knowledge affects on innovative information, information acquisition efficiency and its interpretation. The effect of efficiency of acquisition information on the performance of the new product was not confirmed.Organizational structuremoderated the relationship between organizational knowledge and informationacquisition and its efficiency but the moderator role of this variable was not significant in the relationship between organizational knowledge and information interpretation
