This study investigated the impact of soft skills on managers' critical thinking and innovative behavior. This research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and a descriptive survey from the point of view of methodology. The statistical population of the study included managers of government organizations. The sample size was 17 people selected through the theoretical saturation limit method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was done using the Dimtel method. The results showed that the most influential factors on critical thinking were creativity and problem-solving, and regarding the intensity of the influence of soft skill components, creativity and problem-solving, lifelong learning, teamwork and teamwork, professional ethics, and communication, respectively, have had the most impact. Also, among the influential components of soft skills, lifelong learning is the most influential factor that impacts innovative behavior. As a general result of the research, lifelong learning is like a driving engine that, if it works properly, can cause rapid movement of innovative behavior, professional ethics, communication, and team and group work; consequently, critical thinking can improve the organization in today's competitive world.

Sudden damages that come from outside the organization will cause the organization to be distorted and ambiguous due to not having a role in their occurrence, this particular type of damage in the organization may not be properly understood due to research gaps and gaps, so The purpose of this study is to conceptualize and design an organizational meteorite model with an approach to its challenges and solutions. The research method of the present study in terms of purpose, basic and applied, in terms of nature, exploratory and in terms of implementation, has been done using Grounded Theory technique and content analysis. The instrument used was a semi-structured interview with experts in this field, the number of which was selected using purposive snowball sampling based on the principle of saturation, 12 people. The results showed that in the design section of the organizational meteorite model, 30 categories and 243 codes were extracted and in the design section of the organizational resilience model, 8 categories and 51 codes were extracted. The results showed that the conceptualization and metaphor of organizational meteorites allows managers to identify the causes, contexts, coping strategies and consequences of organizational meteorites in a timely manner and to take appropriate action to neutralize and deal with them. Also, the results of this research can be used by all organizations that are actively involved with their environment.

One of the key factors for the success and survival of an organization to maintain continuity of work in a powerful way is the coordination of team members' motivation. Proper combination of motivations will inspire and desire to be more effective in team members. The purpose of this study is to design a harmonic model of motivations (principles, strategies and consequences). The research approach is qualitative and the research strategy is based on data processing theory based on Glaser approach. The study population of this study included the staff of the tax administration of Ilam city. The data collection was a scandal that reached saturation (credibility) after interviewing 19 of them. In this research, theoretical and purposive non-probabilistic sampling method has been used. Data were analyzed using coding method. It was found that six factors (synchronicity of motivation, skill diversity, equality of effects as a result, trust within members, management support, game-making) are involved in coordinating team motivation. Model by structural equation method And the validity of the research was confirmed by the specialized committee. At the same time, considering the level of team motivation, it was clear that the strategies of "Harmony of Motivation Management" are based on the two axes of "team motivation" and "individual motivation" on the four principles of consolidation, suspension, promotion and renewal.

Nowadays, with the formation of complex competitive environments, only organizations can continue to work to enhance their prominent organizational capabilities such as innovation. In this age, one of the ways to enhance innovation is to use quantum management skills. In this study, the relationship between quantum skills and the innovative performance of the staff of the University of Medical Sciences has been addressed. This research is descriptive-applied. To analyze the factors, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between them. The samples were selected using a Morgan table and a stratified random sampling of 92 people. The SEM structural equation modeling and smart pls software were used. The results showed that between quantum skills and innovative performance with path coefficient of 0.212 with a significant level of 6,931 and between quantum skills and knowledge sharing with path coefficient of 0.613 with a significant amount of 20.782 and between knowledge sharing and innovative performance with the coefficient of path is 0.778 with a significant amount of 30.097. Finally, it can be concluded that one of the most important tasks of managers and leaders of Shahid Beheshti University is to identify and strengthen quantum skills among employees and motivate and tend to transfer Knowledge is among the different levels of the staff of the university, in order to enable the innovative performance of the staff of the university The better.

The present study aims to investigate the infrastructure of E-municipality in the metropolis Tabriz. The research method is descriptive survey and as a functional purpose. The study population consisted of 120 employees working in the Statistics and Information Technology, and staff working in areas related to information technology of Tabriz municipality in 2016. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire. The results of the investigation show that infrastructure of strategic management, manpower training, services and applications has not yet been provided for the establishment of E- municipality in Tabriz municipality. But technical infrastructure (networking and communications), hardware support, software and application systems, and information security is provided for the establishment of commerce in Tabriz municipality.
