Abstract

This study examines the effective factors on the creation of team- orientedin Iranian Government Agencies. Team- oriented issue is one of the main issues is the latest in the field of organizational behavior. Meet requirements in the modern era has led organizations to create and offer new, innovative and needs facing their superiority to engage with the lowest cost and the greatest benefit. One way of reducing the cost of the bed, relying on the ability to issue new team and achieve team-oriented. In the team-oriented atmosphere, deep believe creativity and innovation are evident,team environment like the greenhouses for growing creative ideas. Creation of team-oriented space on the concept of radical changes in the structure and processes, support systems and corporate culture and ultimately the behavior of members of the organization. The research method in terms of research directions, basic - applied research from the standpoint of philosophy, positivism, from the perspective of the research approach, deductive, inductive, from the point of view of research strategies; the concept is grounded
