Social entrepreneurship is critical to "facilitate change" in the public sector and understand the particular social issues.However, due to the domination of public understanding of economic theories of entrepreneurship is difficult. This Study was to explore and describe the lived experiences of 3 grassroots social entrepreneurs Until to achieved by describing the phenomenological essence of 3 grassroots social entrepreneurs. For this purpose, after emerging experiences created by the researcher, the common thread with text descriptions of specific experiences entrepreneurs in the study were cited. Clustered in eight narrative themes (entrepreneurial competencies, entrepreneurial spirit, structural factors, environmental factors, narrative relating to the detection, evaluation and exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities, and ultimately the narrative effects) was formed. Finally, to achieve the essence of the phenomenon of entrepreneurship, text descriptions of coherent structures in general were combined with a total of eight classes of horizons within the context of the three concepts are organized. This study seeks to increase the level of job satisfaction using emotional intelligence and organizational agility. This research is descriptive survey field method has been implemented. Statistical society of this study, all administrative staff were Telecommunication Company of Qazvin Province that are 500 and 123 employees were selected as research sample. The instrument used for data collection, is questionnaire. To study the reliability and validity study, Cronbach's alpha of content and construct validity were used. In order to test the hypothesis of factor analysis and structural equation modeling was used. The results imply endorsement of all hypotheses, including the positive impact of emotional intelligence on organizational agility by a factor of 0.55, emotional intelligence on job satisfaction by a factor of 0.46, job satisfaction and organizational agility by a factor of 0.43.

The quick and dramatic improvements in science and technology, in the short term leads to the old job knowledge and skills. On the one hand, organizations are faced with increasing pressure to reduce financial costs and time along with the need for staff training programs. This has caused a lot of attention today towards self-development programs. The purpose of this research is to design and self-development model for human resources. This study is a descriptive survey of 949 nurses took part in it. Data were analyzed using path analysis method. The results showed that age, education level, Islam attitude, self-motivation and their effect on the willingness and self-development behavior; while organizational factors affect the strength of this relationship. It seems that managers and supervisors through clear and evident support from employees, providing time information, combined, resources and rewards can play a vital role in the field of learning and self-development of human resources.

Today, emphasis on customer-oriented organization and trying to institutionalize this approach has led the organization in shaping the new face of the organization as a customer-oriented organization. Customer-oriented organization is an organization that seeks to maximize customer satisfaction by providing appropriate goods and services and improve relationships with them. The main research question is to ascertain to brokerage firms active in the Tehran Stock Exchange, its customer-oriented face to show to rely on what components and elements. In this context, and in response to that problem, the aim of this study is to take advantage of literature and refer to expert opinion, designed a model specifically to promote customer-oriented brokerage firms active in the Tehran Stock Exchange. To achieve this goal through four rounds of the Delphi method was used. The results showed that brokerage firms active in the Tehran Stock Exchange, to be able to show your face customer oriented, should be based on seven factors, which include: Rely on stakeholder value, advanced technology, flexible structure, staffing competent, Islamic values, clear objectives, and supportive corporate culture.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between job involvement, job satisfaction and turnover intentions 210 of 20 employees of branches of Mellat Bank in the city of Babol and Babolsar. According to Morgan table, the minimum sample size for this study, 136 people. The study was conducted using cluster sampling method and the 150 questionnaires distributed, 139 questionnaires were analyzed. The study was descriptive and standardized questionnaires were used to collect data. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. The results show that the combination of job satisfaction, significant negative correlation with turnover intentions. Also, job involvement, there is a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction.

Nowadays, organizations with the help of strategic planning seek to overcome environmental changes and turbulence and its orientation toward long-term goals to strengthen and stabilize. Khatamolanbia Hospital is one of the organizations in response to environmental changes systematic strategic planning model uses. The main research question aimed to identify practical activities in compliance with the above model is the hospital. In order to assess strategic planning of Khatamolanbia hospital, survey research method was used. For this purpose the sample of 103 managers and supervisors of the hospital according to Morgan used in this study were selected based on the 11 hypothesis was formulated, was at their disposal. Analyzing the responses were obtained with the help of PLS method, showed that the conceptual model of strategic planning Khatamolanbia Hospital in the operation of a high capacity to predict the behavior of the system, due to its planned objectives. In conclusion, given that the sum of hypotheses, three hypotheses were rejected, to manage Khatamolanbia Hospital was promoted to factors such as analysis of the external environment, emphasized the significance of hospital management and staff performance and feedback control and more emphasis should be given to them.
