In the present study important goals such as: Identifying the level of the corporate citizenship behavior, active manufacturing cooperation firms in the industrial sector in Kurdistan province, the factors that determine and explain these behaviors and provide a model for citizen-oriented companies have been considered. To achieve these goals, the number of 253 companies from active manufacturing cooperation firms of Kurdistan province, the method of stratified random sample was selected as the basic information related to the companies using questionnaires have been collected. Results from this study indicate that most of the studied cooperatives have not features of citizen-oriented companies; so that companies in the index behavioral factors, and underlying structure have made a good score, provide the field of development of citizen-oriented companies.

The third millennium, the era of low color and a sharp decline in ensuring stability in the environment. Therefore, in such a period of time, the concept of innovation in all fields, particularly in the areas of management, every day finds a more prominent role.On the other hand, according to most experts, the role of organizational and managerial values and promote excellence in safety management innovation, organizational variables of the blaze is more than any other.So in this regard, the present study was conducted to determine the effect of organizational climate and managerial values on innovation management in PNU.In order to achieve the purpose of the research, three research hypotheses were raised and descriptive survey method using a questionnaire consisted of demographic, values, management, innovation management and organizational climate were used by the researchers.A sample of 163 persons Morgan through the table of managers and experts in the studied population that all the issues had full-day management of aristocratic society, determine the required data available to the method of random cluster of them were collected.Based on the findings, management values were correlated with innovation management in the organization studied. University organizational atmosphere in this respect, the role played by the confounding variable and in strengthening the relationship between these two variables influencing variables.Thus, according to the results, as a good and constructive atmosphere, organizations can upgrade by creating positive emotions and psychological capital in PNU, strengthen the effectiveness of management values on innovation management.

This study, in an attempt to assess the impact of employee empowerment on customer loyalty with emphasis on the role of intermediary service quality and customer satisfaction in the banking industry. The aim of this research is descriptive and functional. The study population included all employees and 53 branches of Bank Melli Iran in the city of Ahvaz. To collect data and measure the variables used two questionnaires based on Likert scale. In order to analyze and assess the hypothesis that an approach based on technology, Partial Least Squares variance, Smart-PLS software was used.The results show that empowering employees through the mediation service quality has an impact on customer loyalty, but through the mediator does not affect customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.

Integrated Management System means integrating multiple systems into a unique system through which, as much as possible to control and manage the operation and its activities instead of several separate systems into a unified system to accomplish.This system has arisen from a combination of ISO 9001 quality management system standards, environmental management system ISO 14001 and occupational health and safety management system.The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of integrated management system of organizational maturity that was done in the fourth refinery gas of Assalouyeh. The sample was consisted 150 workers of fourth refinery gas of Assalouyeh who were selected by random stratified sampling method and questionnaires were distributed among them. The analysis of the collected data using SPSS and AMOS software indicates that the integrated management system and sub-systems, including quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system have a significant positive impact on organizational maturity.

The main goal of this paper is to investigate the relationship between absorptive capacity & competitiveness of developing and emerging countries. After holistic review of literature, absorptive capacity constructive elements and measuring variables of it, was identified and clarified. Then, three main frameworks of measuring national competitiveness and their relative indexed was extracted. Because of lack of Iran’s data in 2 of 3 studied frameworks, WEF framework (2013-2014 report) was selected as a base of this research. After interviewing with 3 outstanding economists, 11 extracted indexes of absorptive capacity from literature was selected. In the next phase, 9 developing and emerging countries like Iran, that are exemplary for their status and are choices for comparison. Quantitive analysis results verified the positive relationship between total absorptive capacity & competitiveness in ten studied countries. With more detail, absorptive capacity has a positive and significant relationship & innovation and efficiency elements of competitiveness. But there is no relationship with basic requirement elements of competitiveness. Based on the results, developing countries like Iran, must consider absorptive capacity as an essential component to enhance competitiveness and must take required actions to meet this objective.

Organizational image is one of the most important factors in growth or retardation organizations. Organizations should strive to know and understand your image and are looking for ways to improve this image,because by creating a positive image can achieve the highest levels of achievement. The present study was conducted to identify corporate image of the University in order to propose a suitable model. The aim of this study was to scrutiny and review records related research theory and literature, and thus components of corporate image was extracted. Then, the extracted components of the survey were faculty members of Golestan province to reinforce the importance and priority review and dimensions of each component are identified. Research on the purpose and terms of descriptive, exploratory study that was done through factor analysis and structural equation.The findings showed that enterprise image at the University of Golestan province has 14 dimensions and 72 components. Among the 14 after corporate image that includes the University of technology, management, operation research, communication and media skills, public relations performance, physical environment and symbols of the university, teaching performance, quality of facilities and services, workplace, reputation and academic background, Stock Relations human, innovation, cultural activities and future financial prospects, technology has the highest priority in the formation of the model.

Due to structural problems and organizational unidirectional and organizations, has resulted in the neglect of their content and according to management soft issues (including citizen-oriented organization), in order to polish the wheels move the car of organization.In this study, after examining the concept of organizational citizen-oriented and factors affecting it (using the Delphi technique), we will pay to organizational citizen-oriented conceptual modeling in the Central Iron Ore Company of Iran - Bafq (using structural equation method). This research, is applied, exploratory, descriptive - survey research with integrative approach of qualitative and quantitative research methods. To determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire in this study, the methods of the content validity, factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha was used. The findings suggest positive, strong, direct and indirect relationships among the factors and personality traits, behavioral and contextual dimensions and negative relationships, strong, direct and indirect between structural factors and organizational citizen-oriented.

In government organizations, the productivity of human resources and their sustainability are very important. Since these organizations are responsible for providing public services and meeting the needs of citizens, using the tactics of applying power and organizational participation is very vital to improve the performance and sustainability of human resources. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to identify the factors of tactics of exercising power and organizational participation, durability and productivity of human resources in the government organizations of Kerman province and to present its model. This research was conducted by conducting semi-structured interviews with 15 experts including senior managers and faculty members through targeted sampling to collect data. Then they were analyzed using thematic analysis method. Reliability was checked and verified using the method of two coders and open reliability of the test.
