طراحی الگوی موفقیت مدیران دولتی در ایران با توجه به ویژگی‌های روان‌شناختی و شخصیتی

چکیده

درک درست فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار پلت فرم خدماتی به یک اندازه برای مدل‌سازی واقعی کاربرد خدمات، تحویل و آماده‌سازی آن‌ها مهم هستند. پژوهش حاضر، براساس هدف یک پژوهش توسعه‌ای از جهت روش گردآوری داده‌ها یک پژوهش پیمایشی-مقطعی است. این مطالعه براساس دو رویکرد کمی و کیفی انجام شد، به این صورت که پس از مرحله تحلیل کیفی به توزیع پرسشنامه و گردآوری داده‌ها از خبرگان شهرک‌های صنعتی استان سمنان پرداخته شد و پژوهش وارد فازی کمی شد. بنابراین، از این منظر مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش آمیخته است. در روش تحقیق در بخش کیفی، جامعه آماری پژوهش مدیران و خبرگان شرکت‌های فعال در شهرک صنعتی استان سمنان به شامل 10 نفر از خبرگان بودند و در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری تعداد 325 نفر است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کریجسی و مورگان 176 نفر برآورد شده است. تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی به روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MaxQDA صورت گرفته است و در بخش کمی با استفاده از دلفی فازی غربالگری شده و درنهایت مدل ارائه شده است. برای مدل‌سازی از روش ترکیبی ISM-Dematelسپس در بخش کمی نیز از رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS استفاده شد و درنهایت الگوی موفقیت و شروع کسب‌وکار در ایران با توجه به ویژگی‌های روان‌شناختی و شخصیتی کارآفرینان در بخش صنعت استان سمنان طراحی گردید.
