چکیده

در شرایطی که شاهد رشد روزافزون خدمات مبتنی بر شبکه و سامانه‌ها هستیم، با محدود شدن همه فرایندها به بسترهای فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، عده‌ای از افراد به نام نتوکرات‌ در سازمان‌ها با اشراف بر پایگاه‌های داده، بسترهای ارتباطی و شبکه‌های رایانه‌ای و سامانه‌های کاربردی، می‌توانند در سازمان‌ها وابستگی ناملموس و مدیریت شده ایجاد نمایند. پژوهش حاضر از حیث پارادایم در گروه اثبات‌گرایی و انتقادی قرار دارد و به‌ صورت ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی) و با روش داده‌بنیاد نظام‌مند انجام شد. داده‌ها در مرحله کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته با 17 نفر از خبرگان سازمانی و دانشگاهی جمع‌آوری گردید. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با روش کدگذاری به دنبال مقایسه مداوم مفاهیم، 246 کد مفهومی استخراج و موارد مشابه در 32 مقوله دسته‌بندی و سپس براساس مدل اشتراوس و کوربین در شش بعد پدیده محوری، شرایط علی، زمینه‌ای و مداخله‌گر و راهبردها و پیامدها جای گرفتند. سپس در مرحله کمی، با نمونه آماری به تعداد 350 نفر و استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و روش معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS26 و آموس 26 مدل مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. به‌کارگیری نتایج این پژوهش باعث توسعه، بهبود و برقراری امنیت روانی در سازمان و مدیران در کنار بهره‌مندی هم‌زمان از فناوری‌های نوین و همچنین دانش و تخصص نتوکرات‌ها خواهد شد.

چکیده [English]

In a situation where we are witnessing the increasing growth of network-based services and systems, with all processes being limited to information and communication technology platforms, some people called netocrats in organizations with domination in databases, communication platforms and computer networks and application systems, they can create intangible and managed dependence in organizations. The current research is in the positivist and critical group as a paradigm, and it was carried out with a mixed (qualitative and quantitative) and systematic Grounded theory method. Data were collected in the qualitative phase using semi-structured interviews with 17 organizational and academic experts. In the data analysis with the coding method following the constant comparison of concepts, 246 conceptual codes were extracted and similar items were categorized in 32 categories and then based on Strauss and Corbin's model in six dimensions of central phenomenon, causal, contextual and intervening conditions and strategies and consequences, were placed. Then in the quantitative stage, with a statistical sample of 350 people and using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation method, the model was confirmed by SPSS 26 and Amos 26 software. Applying the results of this research will develop, improve and establish psychological security for the organization and managers along with the simultaneous benefit of new technologies as well as the knowledge and expertise of netocrats.
