چکیده

استرس به‌عنوان بیماری شایع قرن حاضر، یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر کاهش بهره‌وری، سلامت جسمی و روانی نیروی انسانی شناخته شده است. تحقیقات پراکنده‌ای در مورد عوامل مؤثر بر استرس شغلی صورت گرفته است ولی متاسفانه تاکنون در این زمینه پژوهش جامع و منسجمی انجام نشده است. این مقاله با هدف ایجاد چارچوبی برای به حداقل رساندن استرس کارکنان، قصد دارد عوامل مؤثر بر استرس شغلی در سازمان صدا و سیما را پس از شناسایی، براساس اهمیت، رتبه‌بندی کند تا با استفاده از آن بتوان برای کاهش استرس شغلی، برنامه‌ریزی کرد. این پژوهش از لحاظ روش، آمیخته، با توجه به هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، تحقیقی توصیفی - اکتشافی است. ابتدا عوامل مؤثر با روش مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای شناسایی، سپس جهت تأیید عوامل شناسایی شده از روش دلفی فازی استفاده شده است، در مرحله سوم داده‌های شناسایی شده، از طریق تکنیک تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی، وزن‌دهی و رتبه‌بندی شده‌اند. نتایج نشان داده است که از بین عوامل اصلی، عامل عملیاتی بیشترین وزن و عوامل سازمانی، فردی و محیطی به ترتیب در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. گرانباری و پیچیدگی شغل، از عوامل عملیاتی، امنیت شغلی از عوامل سازمانی، تاب‌آوری از عوامل فردی و فشار مخاطبان از عوامل محیطی بیشترین وزن و درنتیجه بیشترین تأثیر را در هر عامل داشته‌اند. درمجموع گرانباری و پیچیدگی شغلی با 0944/0 بیشترین و حمایت سازمانی با 0219/0 کمترین وزن را در بین عوامل مؤثر، داشته‌اند.

چکیده [English]

Stress as a common disease of the present century, is known as one of the effective factors in reducing productivity, physical and mental health of human resources. There has been sparse research on the factors affecting job stress and its impact, but unfortunately so far, no comprehensive and coherent research has been done in this field. This article with the aim of creating a framework for eliminating or minimizing employee stress in jobs stress intends to rank the factors influencing stress in broadcasting after identification, according to importance.This research is methodical, survey, according to the purpose, applied and descriptive- exploratory in nature. In first step, factors causing stress is identified by the library study method, then Fuzzy delphi method is used to confirm the identified factors. In the third step, the data that identified and confirmed were weighted and ranked through hierarchical analysis techniqueResults showed that among the main factors, the operating factor has the highest weight and organizational, individual and environmental factors in the ranks, respectively. Are next. Job overload and complexity of operating factors, job security of organizational factors, increasing resilience of factors individuals and competitors' pressures from environmental factors had the greatest weight in total Job overload and complexity with 0.0944 greatest and organizational support with 0.0219 scintilla impact had on each criterion.
