The present study soughts to explore and represent the moderating factors affecting work-life balance crafting behaviors among faculty members of the public universities of the north-east of Iran. In this study, the research has been phenomenological in terms of method, and in terms of purpose, it has been fundamental and has an exploratory nature. The study population consisted of faculty members of Ferdowsi university of Mashhad and university of Birjand who had an assistance professor degree with at least 5 years of work experience. The purposeful sampling method was followed and finally the adequacy of the sample was confirmed after data saturation. The results of data analysis using Colaizzi content analysis showed that the moderating factors affecting the relationship between role overload and work-life balance crafting behaviors can be formulated into three categories of individual, situational and individual-situational factors. The framework of identified moderating factors can be utilized by HRM practitioners in designing faculty maintenance arrangements.

The knowledge employees voice is one of the most important topics that has attracted a lot of attention recently, but there is no evidence based on which the various mechanisms of sound are comprehensive and integrated. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a model of knowledge employees voice in Shiraz Gas Company. The aim of the present study is of an applied one and the method and identity of the study are regarded as qualitative research approach with a design method of grounded theory. So, using a purposeful and snowball sampling, 15 semi-structured interviews have been held by experts. Then, the Atlas.ti 8 was used to analyze the data. Eventually, at the stage of selective coding, 11 categories along with 44 codes were selected. To ensure the reliability and validity of the research, the findings were confirmed by the interviewees. The results of the research showed that the most important components of the voice of knowledge workers include two levels of organization (management, communication, atmosphere, and voice environment, job characteristics, human resources, organizational structure) and individual level (motivation, personality, group, and team). The most important factor at the organizational, managerial, and individual levels is motivation. Finally, the model of the voice of the knowledge workers was drawn up.

managers and macro-organizational policymakers have made relentless efforts to form a think tank. But unfortunately, the unfavorable outcomes of think tanks have shown that it is not effective. For this reason, identifying and finding conceptual connections between barriers to the formation of the think tank can be a powerful facilitator of the formation of the think tank. Accordingly, the aim of the present study was to model the barriers to the effective formation of the think tank. Identification of barriers to the formation of the think tank was conducted through semi-structured interviews with qualitative content analysis based on the theory of theoretical saturation with 16 professors of public administration and policy-making. The validity and reliability of the interviews were confirmed by the relative content validity method and the Cope Cohen index, respectively. Coding of interviews using Atlas ti software led to the identification of 12 major barriers to the formation of the think tank. In order to model the identified barriers, the opinions of 28 senior managers of government organizations in Lorestan province were used using a targeted sampling method and using a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed by using content validity and post-test method, respectively. Modeling the barriers identified by the interpretive structural method led to the formation of six levels, the weakest of experience, the lack of theoretical knowledge and undesirable feedback, the most influential, and the limited cultural conflict and limited collectivism.

Abstract In age where one of the pillars of sustainable competitive advantage of organizations is having committed, professional and motivated employees, maintaining and increasing employee’s engagement is one of the most important concerns of organizations. The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept of work engagement according to the existing theoretical concepts and to recognize its features, precedents, and consequences. Methodologically, Rogers’ evolutionary concept analysis approach has been used in this research. This approach, like other methods of concept analysis, seeks to clarify and analyze the intended concept. Nonlinear, rotational and flexible method were used to collect and analyze data based on inductive approach. In this research, the analysis is thematic and analogous to content analysis. For this purpose, the word "engagement" was searched in existing and valid databases. The findings of the study showed that work engagement is a complex process with the features of vigor, dedication, absorption, and cognitive, emotional, and physical dimensions. Its precedents include "job and personal resources", "social support for co-workers, coaching", "sense of worth, participation", and "meaningfulness, safety". Its consequences include "improved productivity", "performance, creativity, turnover", and "low level of willingness to leave the service and organizational citizenship behavior". As a result, having engaged employees is one of the most important challenges for managers and organizations that seek to improve organizational performance indicators.

This study aims at Monitoring the Role of organizational justice on the productivity of employees of Tabriz Tejarat Bank branches. The statistical population of the study is all employees of Tabriz Tejarat Bank, which is 280 people. The statistical sample size was determined using Morgan table 162 people and was selected by simple random sampling method. The data collection tools in this present study consisted of the standard organizational justice questionnaire developed by Nihoff and Morman in 1993 with the aim of evaluating organizational justice and the human resource productivity questionnaire based on Achio model developed by Hershey and Goldsmith in 1980. In order to analyze the collected data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. At the inferential level to test the research hypotheses., after determining the distribution of data related to research variables based on Kolomogorov test and Pearson r test, the linear regression test were determined using SPSS software. The results indicate that the main and sub-hypotheses of the research, according to statistical tests, are confirmed at 95% confidence level. In other words, it was found that there is a positive and significant relationship between all components of organizational justice and employee’s productivity of Tejarat Bank Tabriz branches.
