Islamic council is one of the basic and influential pillars of the urban management system in Iran, which have serious responsibilities. It can be accepted that the full realization of these expectations and missions requires the existence of several contexts, among which, the existence of an active and efficient administrative organization is considered one of the most basic requirements. This study has tried to design a suitable organizational structure for the establishment of this administrative organization for the Islamic City Council. To implement the present study, which is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method and is considered as a case study, the qualitative approach and research strategy of "Grounded Theory" has been used; In addition, tools such as researcher-made forms, questionnaires, interviews and checklists were used to collect data. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire and interview questions have been confirmed by experts. The data required for conducting the present qualitative and descriptive research were collected from four sources (including study of legal documents; interview with informants; study of similar organizations and work study). The analysis of data was done with manual coding technique and based on these analyzes, while drawing a process map, a model of a suitable organizational chart was designed for the administrative organization of the Islamic Council of the city, which includes 68 organizational positions and most of it is in the form of a matrix structure and its other components are executable in functional structure. The findings of this study show that Islamic city council needs a kind of matrix structure in its administrative organization for achieving its goals and performing the missions.

The aim of this study was to understand the meaning and basic structure of the queen bee syndrome. This understanding was obtained from the analysis of the biological experience of seven women working in one of the country's universities, whose directors were women faculty members. According to the purpose of the research, Husserl descriptive phenomenological method based on Colizzi’s optimized model was used. The main question of this study was: "What is the structure of the queen bee syndrome from the perspective of people who have experienced it?". For sampling, considering the two criteria of Colizzi’s inclusion, non-probability purposive and snowball methods were used to select the sample. Conducting screening questions, seven women working in one of the public universities, which has been managing by female faculty members, were selected as the research sample. After in-depth interviews with these individuals, the eight-step Colizzi’s phenomenological method was used to analyze the data. According to the results, fifteen clusters were classified into five discovered themes. The themes explaining the meaning of the queen bee syndrome from the participants' perspectives were: 1) Injecting and instilling a sense of despair, 2) Communication deadlock, 3) Unfair behavior, 4) Fake management style, and 5) The experienced discriminatory context. In the end, based on the identified themes, a comprehensive description of the meaning and structure of the queen bee syndrome phenomenon was presented.

Policy research as one of the most important stages of policy making, brings policymakers actions closer to policy knowledge. Policy research is the process of conducting research on social issues in order to provide scientific advice to policy makers. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting the policy research in the Iranian legislature. Given that the policy research arm of the legislative branch of government is the research center of the Majlis, research data has been gathered from experts and managers of that institution. In this regard, by combining two themes based on expert interviews and interpretive structural modeling (ISM), it has been attempted to identify and then classify the factors influencing legislative policy research. The findings of the study suggest a four-level model. The first level includes the themes of "influential stakeholder groups", the "objection to the internal procedure of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Majlis)", the second level includes the theme of "ambiguity in prioritizing a plan or bill", and the third level includes the themes of “profitability in some of representatives” and political interests of representatives". Finally, the fourth level contains various themes, such as the "knowledgeable approach of representatives" and the "difference in the viewpoint of research center of government and parliament".

The main purpose of the research is to provide a model for the organizing and prosperity of the cultural services market. This qualitative research is an exploratory and purposeful research, applied and has a nature, descriptive-survey and quantitative. The theoretical foundations of the library method and its data have been confirmed by experts through random sampling and using a researcher-made questionnaire. Content validity is formal and convergent with factor validation. Also, in all cases, Cronbach's alpha level is desirable and valid for the overall reliability of the questionnaire. The statistical population of this study is the consumers of cultural services from 15 to 60 years old, both men and women referring to cultural centers in the sixth district of Tehran in the period of 1398, including 288 people, who were randomly selected. In the Delphi process, the sampling method is judgmental for selecting experts. To answer the research questions, review the hypotheses and analyze the findings, descriptive and inferential statistics were used with SPSS software version 22 and for structural equation modeling, LISREL software was used. Based on the results, all research hypotheses were confirmed at 95% confidence level.

Today, the development of countries is based on creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Achieving this goal is facilitated by entrepreneurial leadership. One of the areas of interest for researchers is the need of today's organizations for entrepreneurial leadership in such changing and unstable economic conditions. Entrepreneurial leadership is a style of leadership in which the leader emphasizes the group's performance in achieving organizational goals, which includes discovering and exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to identify and explain the dimensions and components of entrepreneurial leadership in order to present a model. In this research, a qualitative method based on the Grounded Theory approach has been used. The statistical sample of this study includes 14 members of the board of directors and senior managers of Saipa Automotive Group who have been purposefully selected as a group of experts and data collection has been done using semi-structured interviews with these people. Data were analyzed through open, axial, and selective coding, and in the form of 355 codes, 72 concepts, 13 sub-categories, and 5 main categories were classified. Finally, the entrepreneurial leadership model has been designed and presented by identifying and introducing 13 components and 5 dimensions, including Guidance (goal orientation, inspiration, and role modeling), Facilitation (perceptual ability, communication ability, and empowerment), Supporting (developing commitment, motivation and emotional intelligence), Coaching (team orientation and participation), and Entrepreneurship factor (professionalism and entrepreneurial ability).

This study is a descriptive survey approach to design and explain the model of the organizational social networks in the branches of Saderat Bank of East Azarbaijan Province. Research shows that one of the best ways for an organization to grow is to build and develop internal communities in the digital world; however, recent studies show that the use of these networks has not been as successful as expected. For this purpose, 14 main components of the organizational social network were extracted from the literature and then the main components in the banking contexts were extracted through the Delphi method with the presence of 30 university professors and industry experts. Then, the conceptual model of the organizational social networks in the banking industry was identified and drawn from the 7 main components. Then a questionnaire was prepared to test the hypotheses and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were evaluated through Cronbach's alpha tests and confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, the hypothesis test for 7 hypotheses was performed through path analysis and structural equations and then, the conceptual model was confirmed. The results showed that the main components of organizational social networking are teamwork atmosphere, advanced technology, flexible structure, specialized human resources, and competitiveness, all of which have a significant relationship with organizational social networking. There is also a significant relationship between the use of organizational social networks and communication empowerment and customer relationship management.

Strategic agility is an emerging weapon in a competitive environment. This research attempts to introduce strategic agility and present the key factors and indicators of strategic agility in the form of a conceptual model by comprehensively examining the existing theoretical foundations and using the opinion of experts. In this regard, seven factors have been identified and introduced as key factors for conceptualizing strategic agility, which are: strategic sensitivity, clear vision, selection of strategic goals, identification of key capabilities, action, continuous innovation, and hyperactivity. The method of the present research is mixed mode and a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches was used. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part included organizational experts, which consisted of ten managers and experts of knowledge-based companies (including: telecommunication industry, microelectronics, pharmacology, medical biotechnology, and software), and in the quantitative part, included all staff members of knowledge-based companies among whom 365 people were selected as the samples by the use of Cochran's formula. After designing the research model, dimensions, and indicators of strategic agility, qualitative data were used to localize the model indicators. The conceptual model was then quantitatively evaluated using LISREL software. The tools of this research, in the qualitative phase, were semi-structured interviews and the experts were asked to adjust the identified indicators. In the quantitative phase, a questionnaire was used. The proposed model has been validated using factor analysis and structural equation modeling techniques. The relationship of some dimensions of the model with each other was also confirmed. The results of the study model showed that some aspects of strategic agility are in a favorable position and others are in an unfavorable position that should be well planned.
