تحلیل و ارزیابی جایگاه دانشگاه های کشور در شاخص های بین المللی سازی آموزش عالی از دیدگاه دانشجویان؛"مطالعه موردی دانشگاه تهران"

چکیده

در دانشگاه تهران اجرا شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دربرگیرنده کلیه دانشجویان دکترای دانشگاه تهران در پردیس های علوم انسانی، اجتماعی و رفتاری بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 301 دانشجو به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شد . جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی انجام و مولفه و گویه های شناسایی شده در مرحله مطالعه کتابخانه ای، مبنای طراحی چهار پرسشنامه؛ آمادگی و تمایل به بین روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی محاسبه شد. پایایی ابزارهای تحقیق نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و تایید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روشهای آماری توصیفی مثل فراوانی، درصد، میانگین، انحراف شد.
یافته های پژوهش نشان داد دانشجویان نسبت به جریان یافتن روند بین المللی سازی در دانشگاه ها تمایل دارند. دانشجویان عوامل علمی مشوق های اقتصادی و فرهنگی اجتماعی را در الویت های بالاتر بین المللی سازی در دانشگاه ها قرار داده اند . در بین موانع سازمانی ضعیف، بروکراسی سنگین و عدم روان بودن برقراری ارتباطات بین المللی و سیاست زدگی دانشگاه ها و مانع شدن از همکاری بین المللی به بهانه سیاسی را به عنوان سه اولویت اول خود انتخاب کردند و در بین موانع بیرونی بین المللی سازی در دانشگاه ها، عدم در اولویت بودن بین المللی شدن آموزش عالی، محدودیت ویزا توسط کشورهای دیگر و ترس از هژمونی غربی و جهان تک فرهنگی را انتخاب کردند

چکیده [English]

In the last few years, internationalization has been One of the major issues in academic circles. This implies on the integration of International, cultural and global aspects in goals, functions and training mode. this research has been implemented at the University of Tehran with the aim of analysis and evaluation of the country's universities status in the indicators of internationalization of higher education from the perspective of students. the present study For the purpose is applied research and in terms of method is descriptive. research population includes all PhD students at the University of Tehran on the campus of human, social and behavioral sciences that with the formula of Cochrane 301 students was elected as the sample of the study. data collected using two library and field method. and the component and phrases that have been identified in the study of the library , based four questionnaire design ; the desire to internationalization, internationalization incentives and the barriers and quadded approaches of the internationalization . for research tools validity, in addition to the content-related and face validity , was calculated Construct validity using confirmatory factor analysis. research tools reliability was calculated and confirmed statistics methods , including the Friedman test, Chi- squared , one sampleT test. the findings of the study showed students desire to the inflow of the international trend in the universities .
