چکیده

دیدگاههای گوناگونی در بین اندیشمندان در خصوص پیامدهای اعتیاد به کار وجود دارد. برخی آن را پدیده ای منفی و برخی آن را دارای پیامدهای مثبت ارزیابی می نمایند. پیامدهای مثبت اعتیاد به کار درکنار پیامدهای منفی آن در تحقیقات بسیاری مورد تحقیق قرار گرفته است. این مقاله تلاش می کند تا ضمن تشریح این پدیده و ابعاد مختلف آن، یکی از پیامدهای مثبت آن یعنی بروز رفتار شهروندی سازمانی را مورد مطالعه قرار دهد. داده های تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه و از  میان 340 نفر از کادر درمانی  بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان گردآوری گردید. به منظور آزمون فرضیه ها، ابتدا از آزمون همبستگی رتبه ای اسپیرمن جهت سنجش همبستگی استفاده شد. سپس رابطه علی بین متغیرها، از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری آزمون گردید.  یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که بین اعتیاد به کار و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و ابعاد چهارگانه آن رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج نشان می دهد اعتیاد به کار علاوه بر پیامدهای منفی دارای پیامدهای مثبت همچون خلق رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی نیز می باشد. این موضوع چالشی بزرگ را در برخورد با این پدیده فراگیر برای مدیران ایجاد می کند.

چکیده [English]

There are diffrent viewpoints among scholars on the consequences of workaholism. Some scholars evaluate it as a negative phenomenon and some as a positive phenomenon. Positive consequences of workaholism have been investigated in numerous studies along with its negative consequences. This paper not only tries to explain this phenomenon and its various dimensions, but also ties to study one of its positive consequences as organizational citizenship behavior. The data were collected by questionnaires and among 340 members of the medical staff of martyr Beheshti Hospital. In order to examine the hypothesis, first of all, Spearman rank correlation test was used to assess correlation. Then, the causal relationship between the variables was examined through structural equation modeling.  Findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between workaholism and organizational citizenship behavior and its four dimensions. Moreover, results show that workaholism has positive outcomes such as creation of organizational citizenship behaviors in addition to the negative consequences. This makes a complicated challenge for managers in dealing with this comprehensive phenomenon.
