چکیده

هدف: به دلیل گستردگی ابعاد رشته مدیریت، پژوهش در این حوزه همواره با چالش‌هایی عدیده‌ای همراه بوده است، یکی از این چالش‌ها، چالش روش‌شناسی تحقیقات مدیریتی در دو حوزه مهم، یعنی رفتار سازمانی و منابع انسانی است. فهم و شناخت این موضوع به توسعه دانش رفتار سازمانی و منابع انسانی کمک شایانی خواهد کرد. در این پژوهش به بررسی فصلنامه مدیریت سازمان‌های دولتی (متعلق به دانشگاه پیام‌نور) پرداخته شده است.
روش تحقیق: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و روش پژوهش کیفی و از نوع تحلیل محتوا است. جامعه آماری ، تمامی مقالات فصلنامه مدیریت سازمان‌های دولتی است که در بازه زمانی ۱۳۹۱ الی ۱۴۰۰ به مدت ده سال چاپ شده است. تعداد ۱۹۶ مقاله مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش از نظر ۹ شاخص از جمله؛ تعداد مقالات چاپ شده در هر سال، رشته تحصیلی نویسنده مسئول و تعداد نویسندگان، روش پژوهش، رویکرد پژوهش، ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، روش‌های نمونه‌گیری، روش تحلیل داده‌ها، سهم موضوعی آثار و پراکندگی جغرافیایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته: نتایج نشان داد جامعه آماری پژوهش‌های این فصلنامه بیشتر در موضوعات رفتار سازمانی (۱۲۴ مورد) است که در دانشگاه‌های دولتی و پیام‌نور استان تهران متمرکز بوده‌اند. همچنین مقاله‌هایی در حوزه منابع انسانی (۴۵ مورد) نگاشته شده‌اند. پژوهشگران رشته مدیریت دولتی (۱۲۷ مورد) سهم قابل‌توجهی در چاپ مقالات آن دو حوزه را داشته‌اند.
همچنین بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، بیشتر پژوهش‌ها به‌صورت کاربردی (۱۲۲ مورد) و کمترین نوع کاربردی - توسعه‌ای (۵ مورد) و با رویکرد کمی و آمیخته (به طور مساوی هرکدام ۶۰ مورد) و در بخش کمی بیشتر از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، و در بخش کیفی از تحلیل تم، تحلیل محتوا و داده‌بنیاد انجام شده‌اند،

چکیده [English]

Objective: Due to the wide scope of the field of management, research in this field has always been associated with many challenges, one of these challenges is the challenge of management research methodology in two important fields, i.e. organizational behavior and human resources. Understanding and recognizing this issue will help to develop the knowledge of organizational behavior and human resources. In this research, the Quarterly Journal of Government Organization Management (belonging to Payam Noor University) has been reviewed.
Research method: in terms of methodology; In terms of purpose, this research is applied and the research method is qualitative and content analysis type. The statistical population of this research is all the articles in the Quarterly Journal of Government Organizations Management, which were published in the period of 1391 to 1400 for ten years. The number of 196 articles related to the research topic in terms of 9 indicators including; The number of articles published in each year, the field of study of the responsible author and the number of authors, research method, research approach, data collection tools, sampling methods, data analysis method, thematic contribution of the works and geographical distribution were investigated.
Findings: The results showed that the statistical population of the researches of this quarterly is mostly on organizational behavior issues (124 cases) which were concentrated in public and Payam Noor universities of Tehran province. Also, articles have been written in the field of human resources (45 cases). Public administration researchers (127 cases) have made a significant contribution to the publication of articles in those two fields.
