Everybody admitted that in present stressful and competitive situation, using traditional forms of organizations are unforgivable mistake. Hence, regarding new organizational features is an important worry of researchers. So, the aim of this research is to design project-oriented organization model (as a newfound organizational features) based on organizational performance. The research is an applied research in terms of purpose and an exploratory study that strives to accomplish designing a model for the organization in case study (academic jihad of Fars Province) using mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). Results indicated that the research final model including project management with five dimensions (necessities of knowledge, risk, processing, human resource, governance and leadership) and two moderator variables of organization's project nature and organization's project technology. Out of dimensions of project management, risk management necessities have the highest priority in forming project-oriented organization model. In addition, based on the factor loading of the final research model, it is suggested to manager that attention to the used technology transfer in organization's projects, size and type of organization's project, incoming pressures to organization's project and necessities of risk management of the project should be their priority in order to design these kinds of organization.

Different studies on strategic management area show that innovation ability is one of the important organizational abilities that lead to make stable competitive superiority in business field. Hence, organizations are looking for discovery and detection of a mechanism for making, establishing and internalization of innovation ability in organizations. This issue, of course, involves recognizing effective factors on this important ability. Present research, has been discovered that innovation ability is depended to other abilities in organizations that prepare the way for formation it besides deep and criticized study on scientific literature and basis of this area. Operational ability, human ability and structural ability are three important abilities that play the major role in formation of innovation ability. While confirming the direct relationship between innovation ability and these three abilities, the research has extracted effective components on each of these abilities to show that final model of innovation ability in organization depends directly and significantly on three dimensions and 9 component and 22 indices. Also, these indices were taken under vote of 55 active and large companies in different industries to measure the level of importance and impact of each index.

It is a long time that management theorists have considered electronic human resource management as a phenomenon of 21st century, but truly in time of developing each theory, related challenges and topics to it will not appear. Movement from human resource management of private sector to public sector is not possible with using private sector techniques in completely different area but the field that public sector works in it can basically change its nature. Present qualitative research intends to discover electronic human resource management model in governmental organizations using grounded theory and choosing modern public services and civil rights. For this reason, 11 semi-structured interviews with experts were conducted. Data analysis in codification process was done with MAXQDA software and leads to appearance of 114 concepts in frame of 17 main groups. Electronic human resource management model in governmental organizations, including casual conditions, mechanisms, grounded conditions, moderator conditions and consequences that is necessary to prepare the way according to the mentioned model for implementing desired situation besides considering multiplicities.

Nowadays, performance evaluation is one the important factors of organization's success. Therefore, in performance evaluation, it is necessary to use a system that measures all dimensions of financial and non-financial of organization performance and calculates organization's efficiency. The research is intends to present a new model for performance evaluation of broadcasting centers by fusing dynamic balanced scored cards and data enveloped analysis. Thus, using the idea of managers and experts, a questionnaire was designed by researcher and after distributing among sample population, 15 indices were extracted based on four dimensions of balanced scored card for performance evaluation of broadcasting centers. Then, using Vensim software, diagrams of cause-effect and stock-flow were drawn and the audiences' satisfaction standard was simulated, in addition, sensitivity analysis, input and output determination for data enveloped analysis and finally, specifying efficient and inefficient centers have been presented. The obtained results indicated the appropriate applying of presented fusion model in broadcasting centers

The matter of intuition and intuitive decision making has attracted increasingly attention in scientific gatherings and research as an effective factor on management all around the world. Present research is based on the grounded strategy and it has identified the Islamic factors and components that are effective on managers' intuition and their decision making besides explaining intuition. The factors were identified through studying and prudence in Holy Quran and with concentration on sign's commentary. In order to avoid non-specialized understanding, Almizan exegesis has been put on the research basis. According to extracted concepts and theorems, the research theory was made based on divine outlook and the concepts of intuition have been explained in this framework. What arises from intuition's concept out of Quran is that "intuition is a spiritual power and superior to reason. Results explained intuition in frame of inspiration, heart sight, faculty of distinction and divine light. 22 components were extracted that were classified in two groups of deterrent and propellant using the ideas of experts of university and Howzeh. Based on Islamic basis, the effectiveness of these factors on intuition is certain, undeniable and fundamental.

Knowledge is increasingly known as a basis for creating a competitive advantage for organizations.Successful knowledge programs need some kind of planning. This research aims to design a pattern for Feasibilityand establishment of knowledge management by using Meta-synthesis method. In order to design and explain a comprehensive pattern, all dimensions of knowledge management have been identified through systematic literature review using 258 papers and Meta-Synthesis method. Then the importance and priority of each proposed dimension was determined using Shannon quantitative method based on content analysis. The results reveal; Rules and Regulations, Meetings, Crisis Management, Commitment toKnowledge program, Evaluation and reward, Documenting experiences, Employee communications (dynamic interactions), Trust, documents and Internal structured knowledge, are the major criteria knowledge management Feasibilityand establishment. At the end the research results demonstrate a three-layer pattern for Feasibilityand establishment of knowledge management.
